Registratie 2008 -2009/Registration 2008-2009

Registratie gaat per schooljaar. Registratiekosten zijn $50 per familie en dienen te worden voldaan tijdens registratie. Dit bedrag kan niet worden gerestitueerd.
Er dient per kind een registratieformulier worden ingevuld. Als extra informatie vragen wij van u medische gegevens van uw kind als ook een ingevuld formulier met alle inentingsgegevens.

Registration occurs per school year. Registration fees are $50 per family and need to be paid for at registration. This is a non-refundable fee.
Per child a registration form needs to be completed. We also need information regarding medical conditions and vaccinations.
